Quick post this Monday morning because it has been an extremely busy weekend and I am writing this late Sunday night!

Since it certainly feels like fall out there on these nippy mornings, we are looking for you to use some FALL COLORS on your cards or projects for Totally Stampalicious!  I have brayered yellows and oranges on the background.  I stamped Totally Stampalicious stamp Farmer Hawg that you can find HERE in the Store.  Backed on brown papers and twine finishes it off.

Celebrations at Dream Valley

Happy Sunday!  I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend!  We have had great weather for all of the outdoor sports yesterday!  I like the cool weather, but I'm definitely not ready for winter!

Today at Dream Valley we are looking for cards or projects for celebrations!  Our sponsor this fortnight is Digi Doodle Shop.

The prize is a $10 gift certificate to their store!

For my card I have made a card for a male birthday.  The stamp set is from Close to My Heart.  The paper is Stampin' Up.  I originally had just planned to make this a one layer card on kraft paper, but I decided to cut it down and distress the edges and mount it on a dark bluish/purple paper.

I hope you have a great week!

Anything but a Card at Totally Stampalicious

It's another Totally Stampalicious Monday!  Today's challenge is to make anything but a card.  This is usually tough for me as I don't usually make anything besides cards!  So I decided to make a notecard HOLDER!  Ha!

Here is a picture of the front:

and here is the set with all of the notecards on the outside!

You can find the tutorial I used HERE.  I used the stamp set Moo-velous that you can find HERE at the Totally Stampalicious store.  The papers and all of the little stickers on the notecards are from a Stampin' Up scrapbook kit I had never gotten to using.

Something old, something new at Dream Valley

Hello again!  It is a lovely Sunday here in New Hampshire!  We are on day 3 of a 4 day weekend here in our house and I am headed out this morning to do some stamping with some awesome ladies!  We'll probably buy more crafting stuff that we absolutely NEED too!  LOL

Here's the post for Dream Valley this fortnight.  The challenge this time around is to use something old and something new.  Our sponsors (yes sponsors plural, we have 3!) for this challenge are:

Make sure you head on over to Dream Valley and play along in our challenge.  You could be the lucky winner of one of the prizes!

For my old thing I have old paper and inks, and for the new the stamp set.  It is a new set to me at least!    My mother and I recently bought someone's stamping stuff and it turns out she has some wonderful stamp sets from Stampin' Up that we didn't have!  I decided to brayer on orange ink and pair it with brown to make a fall scene.

I would like to add this to the following challenges:

Crafts for Eternity - Less is More
Charisma Cardz - no embellishments

Have a great week!
