A Balanced House Mouse?

Can you believe it? It's Monday, and I have actually made a card for Monday challenges!  SHOCKER! lol  Ok, so this is for 6 challenges, which I will list at the end.

This sentiment is from the Stampin' Up set Wisecracks:

and this image is from House Mouse:

Put it all together and what do you get?

A very humorous Valentine??  Oh well, I'm not sure what I'll use it for yet!

Here's a list of the challenges:

Totally Stampalicious:  at least 2 different sets
Mojo Monday #173:  sketch
House Mouse:  New Beginning
SSDS:  New Beginning
Crafty Cardmakers:  red and use a die cut (nestabilities for shapes)
Craft your Passion:  Let's Tie One On

Before I go I want to show you a card my 5 year old daughter put together while I was crafting today.

Isn't she so talented?!  I love the colors she used!

Have a great day!

Happy Birthday To Me!

Yes, it is my birthday! No. Really. It is. This is no April Fool's joke! To celebrate I made a cute card with a funny lady!

I used some of my purple scraps and used a dark purple ink direct to paper. I also used my distressing tool around the edges. I colored this image from the Stampin' Up set Wisecracks with gel pens. All in all a fun card and super quick to put together!

I entered this card into the following challenges:

Mojo Monday - sketch
Simon Says Stamp - distressing
Crafty Creations - anything goes

I hope everyone enjoys the day! I know I will!

Keep Smiling

Here's a card I made for the Totally Stampalicious sketch challenge this week. It also qualifies for the Cupcake Craft blog challenge - Flower Power.

I used some scraps I had lying around and made the sketch layout. The images used are from a Stampin' Up set called Wisecracks. The oval at the bottom was punched and then inserted into the oval metal tag from my Hodgepodge Hardware set. I guess it was just a Stampin' Up day, because the flowers were also from them!

This sentiment is great isn't it!?

Until next time, happy stamping!
