Hello and happy Sunday! I'm a scheduling this post as nine year old is playing one of possibly two baseball tournament games today. Go Barrington!
It has been baseball, baseball, baseball around here, but I managed to make this card for Dream Valley in between times! This fortnight we would like to see a surprise on your creation. It could be a surprise fold, pop up etc. Our sponsor is Digi's With Attitude.
I have made a napkin fold card. You can find the tutorial for it here. Here is a picture of the first layer:
here it is all decorated:
and here is the finished product all folded together:
I got all of the prep work done, looked at it and then decided not to decorate it anymore! I liked it the way it was. The only problem with that is that there's no stamping! Eek! Oh well, I like it anyway! lol Just a tip: If you are making the napkin fold card, use a colored base paper instead of white, then you don't need as much patterned paper to cover it all. Saves more dp for later!
I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
Tip Top Tuesday - Shaped card
Totally Gorjuss #90 - Punch or Die Cut
Wow this is awesome! Fab colours too. Love that 'Belly Band'!ReplyDelete
Great Top Tip you’ve posted in Top Tip Tuesday comments section but to make sure you're in the running for this week’s fab prize please write it in blog post and link to Mr Linky again (with TIP after your name - as explained in Challenge Post).....We need them all in one place so we don't miss any! Thanks :)
